Our History

In the early 1970's, the property inspection industry was just beginning to establish its own viable identity. At that time the founders of AMBIC Building Inspection Consultants, Inc. entered into an exciting, but then unproven field. A system of successful operations was developed and perfected incorporating a professional method of property inspection techniques. What began as a small business operated out of the family home soon demanded a move to much larger facilities and the recruitment of additional staff members.

W. David Goldstein, the founder of AMBIC, together with his technical and marketing staff, have succeeded in developing a successful franchised business system using their energy, commitment and creativity. Since the early 1970's, they have been conducting building inspections and developing their concept which forms the basis of this franchise. In 1988, AMBIC emerged and with it, a new standard was set for the entire building inspection industry.

The founders of AMBIC Building Inspection Consultants, Inc. quickly became recognized as leaders of the emerging property inspection industry, a distinction that we are proud to hold today.
